Sometimes we don't get until we give. There's a verse in the Bible where Jesus says, "Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it." (Matthew 10:39) If you "lose your life" for someone, you give it up. You don't hold on to it. You surrender everything. Jesus wants all of us, every part of us...our whole entire life. You'd think that if you give your whole life away, you wouldn't have anything left. But Jesus says that if we give it away for His sake, we'll find it. That's because life is found in Him. And we may think we're missing out if we give up everything we hold so closely. We may think we have 'found our life' and we don't need Him. But true life is found when we surrender our hopes and dreams and secrets, and life. We aren't missing out. In fact, when we surrender everything to Him, He gives us more.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
