Come.

So we're going through the book of Acts at church right now and the pastor encouraged us last week to engage in our creativity, if we are inclined, through inspiration from the book of Acts. I thought that was really cool. So this is what I did. I used the word Come and I actually added a period to it, even though you don't see it on this picture. Sorry for the poor picture quality, I had to take a pic with my cell phone since I left my USB cord from my digital camera at work. Anyway, the book of Acts focuses in part on the Holy Spirit and how it equips us as believers to carry out our mission. Acts 1:8 says "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you..."

But in order to receive the Holy Spirit, our hearts need to come to Him and be open. So often I feel like God's simple call to me, to us, is "come." Come to Him, come together, come always.
